What is a DSCR? How does it work?
A DSCR loan (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) is a mortgage only for investment properties. It qualifies you by looking at the rental you will recieve on the property and compares that to the mortgage payment you will have to make. Not only does that give flexibility for qualifying, but the process is extremely fast and simple.
